Architectural Review Commitee

Seaside 1 has its own Architectural Review Committee.  If you have a project that will affect the exterior appearance of your house, ranging from demolitions, additions, renovations, tear down or replacements, painting, window replacement, or landscaping modifications you will be required to submit your plans to the Seaside One Architectural Review Committee.  Architectural review committee meetings are scheduled for once a month on the second Friday of each month.   Check the public notice section of the website for upcoming Seaside One Architectural Review Committee meeting agendas and details.
